Sales Professional - Residential

We have a great business and we also have the ServiceMaster awards to confirm it. Our technicians do great work in residential carpet and upholstery cleaning and emergency disaster restoration (floods, fires, etc). But they aren't sales-focused and they can't organize everything that needs to get done. We can definitely do better there. That's where you come in.

Your job will be to market to condo managment firms, property management firms and residential home-owners to increase our sales for residential carpet cleaning. It'll take phone calls, meetings, mail-outs, ads - but you already know that! You will also be involved in applying for contracts through RFP's, quoting jobs, and scheduling jobs. You may also hire/supervise staff and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
